How do I get started?

Select your piece and complete your purchase, we will assist you through the impression, production and delivery process.  If you will be taking your impressions at your own leisure (or cannot make it to our location), add an impression kit to your order and complete your purchase. 
How are my impressions taken?

An Authorised Dental Practitioner will take your impressions at our designated location in Melville, Johannesburg, at no additional charge. Alternatively, an impression kit may be added to your order for completion from your own environment. 
How long does it take?

Our standard production period begins once your approved impressions have been received. The estimated production time is provided at purchase, as each piece requires its own considered process.
Can I create a custom piece?

Yes. Private commissions begin with a consultation where we explore your ideas, materials, techniques and references before developing the piece. Once the commission is approved it is exclusive to the patron.
COLLECTIBILITY

Our limited editions are created with collectibility and longevity in mind. Each piece forms part of a deliberately limited body of work, while commissions are conceived as personal heirlooms with their own provenance.
Shipping

Once your piece is complete, it will be dispatched on the following working day. Delivery times will be as stated at the time of purchase.
Return policy

As each piece is individually made to the patron's specifications, we do not accept returns. Should an adjustment be required, let us know and we are more than willing to assist in achieving the intended fit.
